Attending a Wine Fair to choose your favor wine is just like going to a Hot Pub to pick up a pretty! 
(Excuse me for as a person like that...)
You suddenly full of choices and you just can't decide which one to talk to... So what you should do is that you should remember to filing them, just like filing every wine you like in the first sight, and find some time to discover how match you and the wine.

I filed five  pretty wine when attend a Winefair in Westin, included Ms. Electra Muscat, sorry... Quady Electra Muscat, Barefoot Moscato, Sebastiani Chardonnay 2010, Girard Sauvognon Blanc 2011 and Cycles Gladiator Pinot Grigio 2011... Now I have to find some time get each one out from the shelf and discover it deeply.

We must try new thing in our life, meet new people, getting familar and feel what is that makes us feel... and then try another new thing.
For me I never try Spain Airen, and this Ercavio Blanco definately be my new wine friend in this new year.

Christmas Eve is always a hard time for single person. Don't want to stay at home watching television and play stupid, so hang out with friends who is also single will be excellent choice.

Of course, you have to pay.

W Hotel recently as a fashion and style trend in east Taipei, and Woo Bar is the heart of style of W Hotel. This winter W Hotel had design the swimming pool to be place for ice skates.
Who would know the swimming pool can be hard like stone. More fun!

At the night we had order a safer wine from South Africa, Nederburg Sauvignon Blanc 2011.
New world wine is always a safe choice when you cannot recognize which Burgundy Chardonnay or which Rioja from Catalunya is better, it's time to choose new world wine.
This 2011 Nederburg Sauvignon Blanc was smooth, hardly to smell fresh fruit because in a full of perfume fashion bar. But most people are enjoying that new fresh taste of Sauvignon.

Was not expecting a high price, but turns out it cost US55.- to open a bottle. (Sign...) After all, it's holiday night, and you need to pay for fun!

Vertical Divider for Wine, how about for life?

Coffee Liqueur Vanilla Cream vs. Butterscotch Velvet Cream

This creative small object catches my eyes at first glance. Spiral, vertical divider filled in one side of coffee liqueur, and the other side is vanilla cream liqueur. The Black Pearl has a bother product name China White use butterscotch liqueur and velvet cream liqueur. Ripping off aluminum foil cover, two flavors will balance mix in your mouth if you put your lip just in the interception point of the bottle divider. Creative harmony.

Riesling Spatlese for 2013 New Year's Eve

Abandon last two year's huge quantity and scaring smoky fireworks, Taipei 101 this year chose a French style, said "Romantic Curve” as motif. I kind of am expecting that. So I bought Wiltinger Scharzberg Riesling Spatlese from Costco, it took me less than US16.- and personally I like to buy if the wine left lesser quantity on shop shelf, that makes me feel many people already bought this wine :-)

Counting down 5, 4, 3, 2, Happy New year and toasting to my family, watching at expecting elegant fireworks ... the sparkle appear slightly in my mouth, off-dry and tiny bubble not get me too much surprise, just like 101 fireworks.

And that is how I start Year 2013 ...
